No contract is needed; there are times that you need to cancel for some reason like financially, out of town, not feeling well, home for a while and able to do it yourself. We understand, do not hesitate to let us know.
From top to bottom, general dusting, knickknacks are individually wiped, cobwebs removed, baseboard wiped, thorough vacuuming of carpets, floors then mop. It is not just that, you can walk into your room without clutter and straighten back to normal. Furnitures are hand wiped and well polished, under cushioned are dusted and vacuumed. Beddings can be replaced to a fresh clean set if provided.
Kitchen counters cleaned and sanitized, sinks and faucets washed and polished, range hood cleaned and polished, cabinets and knobs are hand wiped and sanitized, appliances like, oven, fridge, toaster and microwave clean, sanitized and polished if needed. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Vanity, sinks cleaned and sanitized, mirrors are back to spotless, chrome fixture cleaned and shined, showers, bathtub are scrubbed, washed and sanitized, tile grout scrubbed, knickknacks are individually cleaned, front cupboards hand wiped, window sills, ledges and blinds wiped and dusted, toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and moped.
